Auxiliary Application Form



Membership applications and transfer applications are available at the Post.  You will need a copy of the Veteran’s service record (DD214) and if he/she is living: a copy of his American Legion card or if he/she is deceased: a death certificate or obituary.  Applications, along with a check and the appropriate papers can be put in an envelope marked membership and placed in the Auxiliary mail box near the bar.  For questions or assistance contact Membership Chairman: Denise Boisselle at 727-564-2794   or at
